How do you ensure plants are delivered safely?
We use specially ventilated, sturdy cardboard packaging that secures the pot and prevents the plant from moving during transit. This ensures your greens arrive fresh and intact.
What is your return policy for live plants?
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We offer a replacement or a full refund for any plant that doesn't meet our quality standards.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days to ensure the shortest possible transit time for live products.
Do the plants come with pots?
Yes, all our plants come in high-quality nursery pots. You also have the option to upgrade to our premium decorative ceramic or self-watering planters at the time of purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
