Rightly called the everlasting flower, the helichrysum loves a cooler climate to grow. Been grown over centuries both for it stunning blooms, as well medicinal properties, helichrysum is a hardy perennial with papery double blooms that last indefinitely. They are excellent cut flowers, which when properly dried can last forever in arrangements.
