Initiate Request
Log into your Ugaoo account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return or replace within 48 hours of receipt for live plants.
Upload Proof
Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged plant or product to help our horticultural experts assess the issue and approve your claim.
Packaging & Pickup
For non-living items, keep the product in its original packaging; our logistics partner will schedule a convenient pickup from your delivery address.
Refund or Replacement
Once your request is validated, we will dispatch a fresh replacement or initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
